Large living room area with large windows looking out over the lake. Sleeper sofa and several other sofas loveseat for relaxing. Wifi for streaming,etc. DVD/VCR with selection of movies. Bathroom with shower. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st with queen bed, 2nd with 2 twin beds.
