RENTAL INFORMATION, CONDITIONS & TERMS

Rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We will not hold a reservation without payment which includes: fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee, the entire security deposit as well as any other additional fees (linens or pets).

A security deposit of $350.4 nights or longer(also concert dates) OR $150.1-3 nights is payable in full along with the initial deposit. This fee is refundable providing: (1) there is no damage to the cabin or any of its contents; and (2) the cabin is cleaned and left in “move-in condition” prior to your vacating the unit.

The remainder of the rental fee is payable in full fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the rental period. Failure to pay the balance of the rental fee in that time period gives the owners the right to release the unit for your rental period and a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee will be applied.

Once your final payment is received, you will receive a packet of information via e-mail (including directions) to your cabin.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted in any of our cabins – NO EXCEPTIONS! This is strictly enforced and failure to abide by this will result in a total forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

Well-behaved, clean, dry dogs are welcome in our cabins for an additional nightly fee of $25.00. Sorry, no cats. Dogs must be on leash when outside of the cabin.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THOSE WHO ARE BRINGING THEIR DOG WITH THEM ON VACATION! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on any of the furniture or beds. If you think your pet might want to climb/lay on either, please bring along a blanket, quilt or throw which they can lay on. This is for the comfort of our non-dog-owning tenants. To ensure the safety of your dog as well as our cabin, if you will be leaving your dog for an extended period of time during the day, please bring along a crate for him/her. We appreciate your complete and total cooperation with these requests.. Failure to abide with these requests will result in forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

Check-in: 4:00 pm; check-out: 10:00 a.m. If your vacation period does not fit into this rental schedule, please let us know. We will try to do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

Please advise us in advance if any of your guests have special needs or requirements.

There are blankets and/or quilts for all of the beds. There are pillows (one per person) on each bed. You are responsible for providing your own towels (for bathing and swimming) as well as linens for all beds. We can provide linens for an additional fee of $25.00 per person per stay.
