RATES $1495./week-$295./night (Two-night minimum)   Friday/Saturday/Holiday-$395./night (Two-night minimum)  * The above rates are based on up to four (4) occupants in the unit.  There is an additional $25.00 per person/per day and/or night for additional guests (Max. Occupancy for Pine Tree: 6 persons).   Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am sharp! Please give yourself enough time to vacate the cabin before 10:00 am, we need to ready them for the next guests. If you have special check-in/check-out requirements, please let us know in advance. We will try to work with you as much as possible.  PLEASE MAKE YOUR PAYMENT USING THE "Pay Now" BUTTON BELOW:	PARKING IS VERY LIMITED. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 VEHICLES  SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350. for 4 or more nights per stay (and on concert weekends)  OR *$150. per 2-3 night stay is required and payable in full along with your initial deposit. This is refundable providing the cabin is left in clean, move-in condition and there is no damage. There is also an unreturned/lost key charge of $75.00. ADDITIONAL GUESTS:   $25.00 per person/per day/night for each additional guest over the four-person rate.  This is due to the extra burden placed on the private well and septic system.   LINENS: Bring your own OR we can provide linens (sheets & towels) for an additional fee of  $25.00 per person per stay.   PLEASE do not sleep on the beds/mattresses without bedding/sheets/pillowcases! YES, WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY!  Well-behaved dogs are welcome in some of our cabins. There is a $25. per night charge per dog(sorry, no cats). We prefer that you do not leave dogs alone, but if you must leave them at times, please be sure to bring a crate to put them in. Dogs are not to be left alone roaming in the cabin. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture. Dogs are required to be on leash at  ALL times when outside of the cabin. Please be sure to clean up after your dog and deposit into the trash.
